Nine Months In. A Story Worth Sharing.

October 25, 2026 ยท INVNCIBLE PRESS - THE SUNDAY EDITION | VOL 001

Before anything else, I want to say thank you.

I know most of you come to INVNCIBLE to get your workout in, spend some time doing something for yourself, and get on with your day. And I know you probably don't think twice about what it means to me when you walk through those doors.

But I do.

It's hard to believe it's already been nine months since we opened back in January. Sometimes I'll be walking around the gym, seeing familiar faces, watching people train, hearing conversations happening around me, and I'll catch myself thinking about how much has changed in such a short amount of time.

I don't always get the chance to stop and appreciate those moments. Most days, my mind is already on the next thing that needs to get done. But every now and then, I'm reminded of why I started doing this in the first place.

And I think that's part of why I'm sitting down to write this today.

I've been wanting to do something like this for a while now. A place where I can share my thoughts, give you guys a better look at what's happening behind the scenes, and keep you involved in everything we're building here at INVNCIBLE.

For those who don't know me personally, my name is Gerardo, and I'm the founder of INVNCIBLE.

I've been in the gym business since I was 19 years old. More than a decade later, I still find myself learning new things, making mistakes, and figuring things out as I go. But there's one thing that hasn't changed, and that's how much I genuinely love what I do.

There's something special about walking into the gym and seeing it full of people. Some of you have been with us since the very beginning. Others I've only recently had the opportunity to meet. I see familiar faces, people encouraging one another, friendships being made, and members who have turned this place into part of their everyday lives.

I don't think you guys realize how much those little things mean to me.

When we opened in January, I had a pretty clear vision of what I wanted INVNCIBLE to become. And while I'm proud of how far we've come, I also know we're nowhere near where I want us to be.

These past nine months haven't been perfect. We've faced challenges, made mistakes, and had to figure things out along the way. There have been days that were incredibly rewarding and others that were frustrating, to say the least.

And I think it's important to be open about that.

Sometimes, when you're building something, you get so caught up in everything that still needs to be done that you forget to appreciate what's already right in front of you.

I've caught myself doing that more times than I'd like to admit.

There's always something to improve, another idea I want to bring to life, or something that needs my attention. And while I don't think that drive will ever go away, I'm learning that it's just as important to appreciate the journey as it is to keep pushing toward what's next.

I think that applies to a lot more than just running a business.

We all have things we're working toward. Whether it's getting stronger, becoming healthier, building a career, providing for our families, or simply trying to become a better version of ourselves.

And sometimes we're so focused on where we want to be that we forget how far we've already come.

If there's one thing I'd encourage you to do today, it's to give yourself a little credit for the progress you've made, even if you're not exactly where you want to be yet.

I'm trying to get better at doing that myself.

And that brings me to why I wanted to start INVNCIBLE PRESS, The Sunday Edition.

I spend so much of my time thinking about INVNCIBLE. What we can improve, what we can do differently, and how we can continue creating a better experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

But I don't always get the opportunity to share those thoughts with you.

And truthfully, I wanted an outlet for that.

Somewhere I can sit down once a week, put my thoughts into words, and share a little more of the journey with the people who are actually part of it.

Not everything needs to be a big announcement or something we're trying to sell you.

Sometimes I just want to talk to you guys.

I want to share the things we're working on, the lessons I've learned, the stories of people within our community, and even the challenges we face along the way.

I also want this to be something you can take away from.

Maybe one Sunday you read something that motivates you to keep going. Maybe another week you learn something about INVNCIBLE you didn't know before. Or maybe you read a story about another member and realize you have more in common with the people around you than you thought.

And if something I share helps even one person look at things a little differently, then I think this will be worth doing.

Because at the end of the day, I don't want INVNCIBLE to be somewhere you simply come to work out and leave.

I want it to be a place you're proud to be part of. A place where you feel comfortable, where you're treated with respect, and where you know the people behind the brand genuinely care about your experience.

That's something I take personally.

And I know we won't always get everything right. But I hope that as we continue growing, you'll see that we're listening, we're learning, and we're putting in the work to make this place better.

One thing I never want to lose is the connection we have with the people who make all of this possible.

That's you.

Whether you've been here since opening day or joined us just last week, thank you for choosing INVNCIBLE.

Thank you for your patience when things haven't gone as planned, for the feedback you've shared, for the friends and family you've introduced to us, and for the small conversations we have throughout the day.

Those things don't go unnoticed.

And as much as I'm excited about everything we have planned for the future, I also want to make sure we're appreciating what we're building right now.

Because one day, we'll look back at these early months and realize just how much was happening around us.

I hope these Sunday articles become a way for us to remember that journey together.

So, here's to the first edition of INVNCIBLE PRESS.

I don't know exactly what every Sunday will look like, and I think that's part of what I'm looking forward to. I just know I want to make the time to sit down, share something meaningful, and stay connected with you guys.

Thank you for taking a few minutes out of your day to read this. I know life gets busy, and I appreciate you spending a little bit of your Sunday here with me.

We've come a long way in nine months, but there's still so much ahead of us.

And wherever you are in your own journey, I hope you remember that you don't have to have everything figured out to be making progress.

Sometimes, showing up and continuing to move forward is enough.

See you guys at the gym.
